Welcome to Radiant Life Wellness Studio (“Radiant Life Wellness Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, memberships, packages, and communications. By accessing our website, booking services, checking an acceptance box, signing electronically, or otherwise interacting with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Wellness Services Disclaimer
Radiant Life Wellness Studio provides wellness services, including but not limited to red light therapy, massage therapy, body contouring, and wellness coaching. These services are intended to support general health and well-being and are not a substitute for medical care. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we do not provide medical advice.
You should consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medications. You agree to provide complete and accurate health information and to promptly inform us of any changes in your medical conditions, symptoms, medications, pregnancy status, or other health-related circumstances that may affect your ability to safely receive our services.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
You understand that participation in wellness services, including but not limited to red light therapy, massage therapy, body contouring, and wellness coaching, involves inherent risks. By participating in our services, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with such participation.
Certain services may require separate informed consent forms and liability waivers, including but not limited to red light therapy and massage therapy. By booking and participating in our services, you agree to complete any required service-specific consent forms prior to treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Life Wellness Studio shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or adverse outcomes arising from or related to your participation in our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Radiant Life Wellness Studio reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at any time if, in our sole discretion, we determine that treatment may be unsafe, medically inappropriate, outside the scope of our services, or if a client engages in inappropriate, abusive, threatening, or sexually suggestive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided unless otherwise required by law.
Professional Boundaries and Client Conduct
All services provided by Radiant Life Wellness Studio, including massage therapy, red light therapy, body contouring, and wellness coaching, are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and other clients at all times. Inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to sexually suggestive comments or behavior, inappropriate touching, harassment, intimidation, threats, abusive language, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, will not be tolerated.
Radiant Life Wellness Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate any session and refuse future services if a client engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior. In such cases, the client will remain financially responsible for the full cost of the scheduled appointment, and no refund will be provided. We also reserve the right to contact law enforcement or take any other action deemed necessary to protect our staff, clients, and business.
Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals
All services must be scheduled in advance, and payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee for massage appointments or forfeiture of the scheduled session for red light therapy or coaching services.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late for a massage therapy appointment, your session may be shortened and will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. You remain responsible for payment of the full session fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a red light therapy appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the scheduled session may be forfeited.
Payments, Refunds, and Charge Authorization
All sales are final. Payments are due in full at the time of service or when purchasing a package or membership. We do not offer refunds on services, packages, memberships, or products.
By booking an appointment and providing a payment method, you authorize Radiant Life Wellness Studio to charge your payment method for services rendered, products purchased, package or membership fees, and any applicable cancellation, no-show, late arrival, or returned payment fees in accordance with these Terms.
Packages and Memberships
We offer packages and memberships for certain services, including red light therapy. Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unused sessions do not carry cash value and must be used within any expiration period disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue package or membership programs upon reasonable notice.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the effectiveness of any service, including but not limited to weight loss, inch loss, body contouring outcomes, pain relief, or improvements in health and wellness.
Communications Consent (SMS and Email)
By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications from us, including appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and promotional communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP and request assistance by replying HELP. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the email. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

Minors
We do not provide red light therapy services to individuals under the age of 18.
Massage therapy services may be provided to minors only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or legal guardian must remain present during the session unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, and branding, is the property of Radiant Life Wellness Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written consent.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radiant Life Wellness Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, your failure to disclose relevant health information, or your violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Life Wellness Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services.
Force Majeure
Radiant Life Wellness Studio shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or cancellation of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, equipment failure, or governmental actions.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Radiant Life Wellness Studio shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
